    New Home Page

Since I can remember, I’ve always had Yahoo! as my home page.  I’m changing today to iGoogle.  I usually don’t take the time to research things like this, but with transitioning our team to Google apps, etc. I thought I’d check it out… and I really like iGoogle.

The final straw was a little over a week ago when Yahoo! messed around with their home page.  It now detects if you’re using an iPhone and redirects you to their lame mobile version.  One of the HUGE reasons I have an iPhone is the full web browsing capability (well except for flash content it’s pretty “full”). I emailed their support and got a lame, template response.  Then I got a response from a human who seemed to care a little.  I know now, there’s a workaround… you can go to http://www.yahoo.com/?a  and it will work like it should.

I’m just ready for something new after about 13 years of the same home page, I guess it’s time to change, huh?
